Welcome Chef ivan
Villa Capri and Aqua Mare Cucina Italiana would like to introduce you to our new Chef, Ivan Napolitano. Born in Naples, Italy, he developed his passion for cooking at age 10, learning authentic Italian recipes and traditions from his family. Ivan's career started early, working at restaurants learning and enhancing his talents, and building his experience. Completed five years of Culinary School in Naples, Italy, and graduated in 1998. In 2017 Ivan was presented with an opportunity as Executive Chef at Piacere Mio in San Diego. Chef Ivan lives in San Diego with his family and is now Executive Chef and partner at Villa Capri and Aqua Mare Cucina Italiana.
